About Fill PDF Form
Many official forms are distributed as PDFs that Chrome or Preview can display but not reliably save with your answers. This tool writes the values into the fields and, if you want, flattens them so the answers cannot be lost.
Non-fillable forms — scanned applications, old agency forms — are handled by adding free-positioned text on top of the page, which prints exactly where you put it.
How it works

About the format
