Can I change existing text?

Not directly — PDFs store text as positioned glyphs without editable flow. Cover the old text with a white box and type the new text over it, or convert the PDF to Word, edit, and convert back.

Which fonts can I use?

Helvetica, Times, Courier and their bold/italic variants are embedded; they match the fonts in most documents closely.

Can I insert a page or an image?

Images, yes, anywhere on a page. To add whole pages, merge another PDF with Merge PDF or Organize PDF.

About Edit PDF

Most “edit a PDF” needs are small: a date to change, a name to add, a paragraph to cover. Full editors cost money and re-flow the document; this editor overlays new content precisely where you place it and leaves everything else untouched.

Additions are embedded into the page content with real fonts, so they print sharply and text you add can be selected and searched. Existing text cannot be re-typed in place — that requires the original document (see PDF to Word).
