📌 Standard US 4.0 scale (A = 4.0, A− = 3.7, B+ = 3.3 … F = 0). Schools differ on A+ (4.3 at some), on weighting bonuses and on which classes count — your transcript is the official number.

A−3.74.24.7
B+3.33.84.3
B3.03.54.0

D1.01.52.0
F0.00.51.0

An F stays an F in every scheme (0 + bonus is usually not awarded), and a B in an AP class (4.0 weighted) equals an A in a regular class — which is exactly the incentive weighting is designed to create. For a full four-year transcript with per-year GPAs use the high school GPA calculator; the plain GPA calculator covers a single semester.
